I am a purist, I only use sea salt and a little pepper on my beef and I can't find steak like this anywhere in the Chicago area and I have looked everywhere. I also noticed that it didn't have the bright red color, which tells me that you didn't add anything chemicals or additives like the other beef I buy in the grocery stores.

The ground beef was juicy and flavorful. We cook a lot of different dishes and it enhanced each one. The ribeyes had wonderful marbling and were very tender and delicious. I also like knowing where my meat came from.
